Looking down Upper Hill Street in Central one can see a couple of old historic settler houses dating from the mid 1800's on the left and some of the high rise (high rise in PE terms) buildings in the city centre.
this is one of my favourite streets. there are some beautiful houses on it. I used to work in the high rise at the bottowm so drove down it every day for nearly 2 years. It does seem that the closer I got to work the worse the street became though....
